It's on...

Jessica and I are really excited. We are both on a mission to get in shape. We started today, Saturday. I ran 2.5 miles this morning with Hank and Jess is starting a work out regimen with our eliptical machine and sit ups. The plan is, get up early twice during weekdays and both Saturday and Sunday and do our work out. I am hoping to drop those 10 pounds quick and then take off a few extra for good measure. To answer your question Michelle, yes, it took 6 to 10 times running to drop those 10 pounds. Wish us luck! Have a good weekend
